NeoDove vs TeleCRM vs an AI Calling Agent
NeoDove and TeleCRM are telecalling CRMs: software that organises leads and helps a team of human callers dial them. An AI calling agent such as Outpero makes the calls itself, in the customer's language, and writes up each one. Keep the CRM if your people will keep calling; add or switch to an AI agent if speed, hours and cost per call are the bottleneck. Outpero publishes this post, so it names where the CRMs win.
Outpero publishes this post and sells an AI calling agent that competes with parts of what NeoDove sells. NeoDove's facts come from its own home page and pricing page, read on 14 October 2026. TeleCRM was not part of Outpero's verified vendor set, so this post gives no TeleCRM prices or feature claims and says so wherever it matters. Confirm everything on each vendor's own site before you buy.
Three products, two different jobs
People search for NeoDove vs TeleCRM because both are telecalling CRMs. They hold your leads in one place, track status, schedule follow-ups and let a human caller dial from the screen. The product still depends on a person, and the person is the cost and the limit.
An AI calling agent is a different job. It does not manage the telecaller; it replaces part of what the telecaller does. The agent dials a new lead within 30 seconds, holds the conversation in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam or English, and logs the result. Whatever it learns still needs to go into a CRM, which is why the two categories often sit together rather than compete.
The real question is therefore not which CRM, but which parts of your calling should stay with people and which should not.
What NeoDove sells
NeoDove calls itself the only telecalling dialer and CRM you will ever need. Its home page describes pipelines, workflows, click-to-dial, status-wise and campaign-based calling, a WhatsApp API, IVR and VoIP (the last two at extra cost), SMS and email automation and a mobile app. It also claims up to 200 percent more call attempts from automated outbound, which is a marketing claim, not a measured result.
It also sells AI Voice Agents on its AI plans. The home page does not name the languages the AI agents speak, and its AI Voice Agent copy says they answer queries. It describes outbound calling for the AI agents rather than an inbound receptionist.
| NeoDove plan (yearly, excl. GST) | Price | AI included | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| NeoLite | ₹17,999 | No AI | Plan without AI agents |
| NeoPlus | ₹24,999 | No AI | Plan without AI agents |
| NeoLite AI | ₹22,999 | 2 AI agents, 250 free AI minutes | Price of extra AI minutes not published; extra AI calling credits can be bought |
| NeoPlus AI | ₹29,999 | 4 AI agents, 500 free AI minutes | Price of extra AI minutes not published |
| NeoOne | Custom | Custom | Contact sales |
NeoDove's pricing FAQ says to book a demo and talk to support for final pricing, and the WhatsApp API, IVR and VoIP are extra. That is normal for a CRM sold per team, but it means the sticker price is the start of the conversation.
What could not be verified about TeleCRM
TeleCRM is also a telecalling CRM sold to teams of human callers. Outpero has not fetched and verified its plans, languages or AI features for this post, so none are stated here. The question list later in this post works for TeleCRM exactly as it does for NeoDove: ask whether it has AI calling at all, in which languages, and what an extra minute costs.
If a vendor will not give you the price of an extra AI minute in writing, treat that as information. A per-minute rate is the one number that lets you compare an AI agent across vendors.
What an AI calling agent adds, and what it does not
Outpero's AI employee runs four kinds of call: instant lead calling within 30 seconds of an enquiry, bulk campaigns to a CSV list with calling windows and auto-retries, inbound calls on your business number, and voice broadcast. It can also transfer a call to your team when a person should take it, and it remembers returning callers.
- —What it adds: speed, since a new lead is called in under 30 seconds at any hour, plus night and weekend answering and the same price per minute in every language.
- —What it adds: structure, because every call produces a recording, transcript, summary, sentiment and the fields you asked it to capture, in the dashboard and at your webhook.
- —What it does not add: a team workspace for managing human callers, targets, attendance or a dialer screen. If you want that, you want a CRM.
- —What it does not replace: the conversations where a person's judgement closes the deal, such as a large negotiation or a worried customer who needs reassurance.

The arithmetic of a human team against an AI agent
Use the figures Outpero works from. A human telecaller in India costs roughly ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 a month, with ₹18,000 a sensible reference, works one shift and handles one call at a time. A team of five at that reference costs ₹90,000 a month before CRM, incentives and attrition.
An AI agent is billed only for connected talk time. A thousand connected minutes at Standard is ₹5,000, plus ₹649 a month for a +91 number that includes 1 channel, with 18% GST on top. A channel is one call at a time on your number, and each extra channel is ₹649 a month. Each channel works through roughly 55 dials an hour, so 1,000 dials on 3 channels take roughly 6 hours.
For scale only: NeoLite AI at ₹22,999 a year equals the cost of about 4,600 connected Standard minutes at Outpero's rate. That is not a like-for-like comparison, because the NeoDove fee also buys the CRM, the dialer and two AI agents, and it includes 250 free AI minutes. It is a way to see how much of a yearly fee is software and how much is calling.
Which one suits which business
Stay with a CRM and human callers
If your sales depend on long, relationship-led conversations, a trained team and a CRM that keeps them accountable is the right core. The CRM wins when you need pipelines, targets and team management more than you need speed.
Add an AI agent in front of the team
If enquiries from Meta, Google Ads, IndiaMART or JustDial go cold because nobody dials within minutes, put the AI in front. It calls in 30 seconds, qualifies the lead and books the follow-up, and your telecallers speak only to people who answered and showed interest. Leads reach Outpero through CRM, Zapier, Make or webhook connections, and results go back to your webhook, so your CRM stays your record.
Replace a calling team for routine work
Reminders, confirmations, renewals, no-show recovery and first-touch qualification are repeatable, and a human is an expensive way to do them. These are where an AI agent usually pays back fastest.
Mistakes to avoid when mixing a CRM with AI calling
- —Treating included AI minutes as the whole cost. Once the free minutes run out, the price of the next minute decides your real bill, so get it in writing.
- —Letting two systems call the same lead. If your telecallers and the AI both dial a new enquiry, the customer receives two calls in ten minutes. Decide who calls first and mark the lead in the CRM the moment the AI has spoken to it.
- —Skipping the brief. An AI agent with a vague instruction produces vague calls. Write what it should ask, what it may promise and when it should hand the call to a person.
- —Judging only by the summary. Summaries are useful, but a dozen recordings tell you whether the language and tone are right for your customers.
- —Buying a yearly plan for a pilot. Prove the calling works on a small, prepaid test first, then decide what to commit.
Questions to ask NeoDove, TeleCRM or any vendor
- 01Does the AI agent speak my customers' languages, and can I hear a recording in each?
- 02What does one extra AI minute cost, in rupees, in writing, with GST?
- 03Does the AI answer inbound calls, or only dial outbound?
- 04Is the calling line DLT-registered and is bulk calling screened against DND?
- 05How many calls can run at once, and what does more concurrency cost?
- 06Can a live call be handed to a person, and what happens to the record?
- 07What happens to my data and call recordings if I leave?
A two-week test that settles it
Take 200 recent leads and split them in two. Let your current team or CRM dialer work one half the way it does today. Let an AI agent work the other half with a clearly written brief. Compare, for each half, the time to first contact, the percentage of leads reached, the number of appointments booked and the cost per booked appointment.
Outpero starts with 50 free credits and no card, which covers a small pilot. Listen to ten recordings from each half, not only the summary numbers, because a script that reaches many people badly is not an improvement.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between NeoDove and TeleCRM?
+
Both are telecalling CRMs: they organise leads and let human callers dial from one screen. NeoDove publishes yearly plans from ₹17,999 and has added AI Voice Agents on higher plans. Outpero has not verified TeleCRM's current plans, so check its own pricing page for features, AI calling and per-minute costs before comparing.
Does NeoDove have an AI voice agent?
+
Yes. NeoDove's AI plans start at ₹22,999 a year excluding GST, with 2 AI agents and 250 free AI minutes, and NeoPlus AI is ₹29,999 with 4 AI agents and 500 free minutes. The pricing page does not publish the cost of extra AI minutes or name the languages the AI speaks.
Can an AI calling agent replace a telecalling CRM?
+
Not entirely. An AI agent makes and answers calls and records results, but it does not manage a human team with targets and pipelines. Many businesses keep the CRM as the record, let the AI handle first contact and routine calls, and give their telecallers the warm leads.
Is an AI calling agent cheaper than a telecaller?
+
Per connected minute, usually. A telecaller costs roughly ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 a month, works one shift and handles one call at a time. Outpero's Standard voice is ₹5 per connected minute with no setup fee and no monthly fee, plus ₹649 a month for a number. Prices exclude 18% GST.
Can Outpero work alongside NeoDove or TeleCRM?
+
Outpero takes leads from CRMs and portals through Zapier, Make or webhook connections and sends every call's result to your webhook. Whether your CRM can send leads out and accept results in depends on that CRM, so confirm its webhook or API support with the vendor before you plan the setup.
How do I test an AI calling agent against my current team?
+
Split about 200 recent leads in half. Have your team or dialer call one half and the AI agent call the other, then compare time to first contact, reach rate, appointments booked and cost per booked appointment. Listen to ten recordings from each side before you decide.
The Outpero team builds AI voice agents for Indian businesses, in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam and English. Figures are from Outpero's own product unless another source is named.
