Can voice broadcast play a message in any language?
Yes, if you upload the audio. Voice broadcast plays one fixed message to everyone on a list, and an uploaded recording can be in any language, including Bengali, Gujarati, Punjabi or Odia. Text-to-speech inside Outpero covers only the live languages: Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam and Indian English.
What voice broadcast is
Voice broadcast is not an AI conversation. One fixed message is played to every contact on a list, and the call ends when the message finishes. It suits announcements, payment reminders, offers, event invitations and service alerts, and it is billed at a lower rate than AI conversation minutes.

Why an uploaded file is flexible
A recording is just audio. A person on your team, a local radio voice or a branch manager can record the message in Gujarati for Surat customers, Bengali for Kolkata or a village dialect for a cooperative's members. Outpero plays it as recorded, so the quality depends on the recording.
Tips for recorded messages
- —Keep the message under 30 to 45 seconds. Listeners hang up long announcements.
- —Say who is calling and why in the first sentence.
- —State the key date, amount or action once, then repeat it at the end.
- —Record in a quiet room and test the audio on a phone speaker.

What broadcast cannot do
It cannot understand a reply, answer a question or book an appointment. If callers need to respond, use an AI conversation in one of the live languages and keep broadcast for one-way notices. A common pattern is broadcast in the caller's language for the reminder, and an AI call for people who need follow-up.
