The formula
Leads × connect rate × average minutes per connected call × rate per minute. Only the connected calls count, because Outpero bills connected talk time only. Add ₹649 if the campaign uses a dedicated number that month.

Retries
Bulk campaigns on Outpero include scheduling, calling windows and retries. A retry costs nothing if it is not answered; if it connects, that conversation is billed like any other. Retries usually raise the connect rate, and with it both the bill and the number of leads actually reached.
How long it takes
Concurrency changes speed, not cost. Calls at once equal your channels, and each channel works through about 55 dials an hour, so on 3 channels 1,000 dials take roughly 6 hours instead of several days. Each extra channel is ₹649/month.
