What is Calling window?
A calling window is the range of hours during which an outbound campaign is allowed to place calls.

Under TRAI's TCCCP framework, promotional calls are restricted to daytime hours, commonly cited as 10 am to 9 pm, and calling outside that range invites complaints and operator action.
