What is Prompt engineering?
Prompt engineering is writing and refining the instructions given to a language model so that it behaves as intended, following a script, staying on topic and using the right tone.

For a voice agent the prompt usually sets out the role, the goal of the call, the information to collect, how to handle common objections, what never to say and when to end the call.
