AI Voice Agents

Welcome to Outpero.

These Terms & Conditions govern the usage of Outpero’s AI Voice Agent deployment, conversational optimization, dashboard access, integrations, and related operational services.

By proceeding with onboarding, payment, deployment, or usage of Outpero services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms.

1. Service Scope

Outpero provides:

  • AI Voice Agent deployment
  • Telugu conversational tuning
  • Dashboard access
  • Workflow configuration
  • Integrations
  • Testing & optimization
  • Operational support based on the selected plan

Deployment scope may vary depending on the selected package, integrations, and workflow requirements.

2. Third-Party Infrastructure

Certain AI voice, telephony, analytics, and communication functionalities are powered through third-party infrastructure providers and related external service providers.

Outpero does not directly own or control external communication networks, telephony infrastructure, APIs, cloud systems, or provider-side services.

Service quality, availability, latency, pricing, or operational behavior may occasionally vary depending on third-party infrastructure and network conditions.

3. AI Conversational Behavior

Outpero AI Voice Agents are designed for scalable communication workflows, operational efficiency, fast response handling, and natural Telugu conversational interaction.

As with all AI-based conversational technologies, responses may occasionally contain inconsistencies, misunderstandings, delays, interruptions, or unexpected conversational variations depending on:

  • User interaction patterns
  • Pauses and interruptions
  • Mixed-language conversations
  • Speech clarity
  • Network conditions
  • Real-time conversational context

Conversational quality may continue improving progressively through testing, refinement, and operational optimization.

4. Testing & Optimization Phase

Before live deployment, systems may undergo a testing and refinement phase to optimize:

  • Workflows
  • Conversational quality
  • Telugu interaction handling
  • Operational performance

Testing may include real or sample interaction scenarios.

For testing and live deployment, talk-time/minute credits may be required.

5. Pricing & Usage Charges

Setup, deployment, onboarding, optimization, and support pricing may vary depending on workflow complexity and deployment scope.

Talk-time/minute usage pricing is dependent on underlying infrastructure/provider pricing and may vary over time.

Activated or consumed usage credits (minutes/talk-time purchased) remain non-refundable.

Setup, onboarding, and implementation charges are allocated toward deployment resources, workflow preparation, testing, integrations, and operational configuration. Refund eligibility for these services may vary depending on implementation progress and project stage.

6. Operational Support

Outpero provides operational assistance, conversational optimization, monitoring, and workflow refinement support based on the selected plan.

Additional workflows, expanded deployments, major feature additions, custom integrations, or advanced implementation requests may require separate planning, timelines, or pricing.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client remains responsible for:

  • Lawful usage of the system
  • Campaign content
  • Customer communication
  • Consent requirements
  • Lead/contact data
  • Compliance with applicable regulations

The Client confirms that all customer/contact data used within the system has been lawfully obtained and may legally be contacted.

8. Business Outcomes

Outpero provides AI Voice Agent implementation and operational services.

Business performance, sales, conversions, lead quality, customer behavior, and operational outcomes may vary depending on multiple business, market, workflow, and usage-related factors.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Customer data
  • Workflows
  • Operational processes
  • Pricing structures
  • Integrations
  • Proprietary business information shared during the engagement

Outpero will not use Client data outside the scope of providing agreed services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Outpero shall not be held responsible for:

  • Provider-side outages
  • Telecommunication/network disruptions
  • API failures
  • Infrastructure downtime
  • External platform limitations
  • Business losses arising from third-party operational dependencies

Total liability, if applicable, shall remain limited to the amount paid to Outpero for the active service period.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By using Outpero services, proceeding with onboarding, signing agreements, or making payments, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
